Dear Parents and Carers

As part of our ongoing commitment to mental health and wellbeing of our students, we are excited to invite you to our upcoming workshop for parents:
SUPPORTING YOUR CHILD’S MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING.
We are aware that incidences of attachment, anxiety and stress have increased over recent years, and would like to offer you some practical solutions to help you and your child regulate unwanted feelings and build and maintain mental health.
Details of the workshop are as follows:
