Charity

At Highfield, we try to support as many different charities as possible.

Every  April, our Year 5 pupils will be raising money for the RNLI in aid of their 'Wellies Appeal'. We will be doing this by hosting a Titanic themed day. This links into the current Year 5 English topic and will involve lots of exciting tasks and activities.

We hold an annual Charity Day where our pupils choose a local, national and international charity to support. We spend the day taking part in sponsored events to raise money which is then split between the three chosen charities.

HMS CHARITIES 2020

Joey's Fund will be set up to aid the research in to rhabdoid tumours and CLIC Sargent help to support children (and their families) who have been diagnosed with cancer.

-WaterAid (International)
An international charity who are committed to the common goal of getting water, toilets and hygiene to the millions of people living without this basic right.
