LONDON UPDATE

Well we did it!

4 days, 3 nights, 3 West- end shows: Wicked/Everybody’s Talking About Jamie /School Of Rock, London Zoo, Madame Tussaud’s, The London Dungeons, tours of the Southbank, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, The Mall, St James’s Park, Downing Street, Covent Garden, 3 meals out, 123,00 steps , Science Museum, 47 underground tube rides, 10 ‘Happy Birthdays’ to Mrs Sagar, 8 positive comments from random members of the public regarding the conduct and behaviour of our pupils, 2 odd socks from Mrs Pearson, no breakfasts for Miss Haslam, 3826 coffees to keep the staff going, 4 stolen pizzas for Mr Boddy, 6 blister plasters, no delayed trains, 59 happy, mature, well mannered, polite pupils=

6 immensely tired but very proud teachers.

It was an absolute pleasure accompanying our Year 8s on this visit to London.
